In other sectors these terms are different. We can also offer a tailored funding solution to satisfy all our clients’ funding needs. For instance we can arrange a fixed or variable rate loan, up to 2 year capital repayment holiday.

We can also offer innovative funding solutions like Merchant Cash Advance for retailers. We may also be able to place your application even if you have CCJ or arrears. This will depend on fulfilling certain criteria.

We can lend funds to purchase new commercial or semi commercial investment property or to refinance an existing property. We can even consider shorter rental lease terms if there is a demand to re-let your property.

We can offer loans on repayment basis where you repay both the capital and the interest. Alternatively, we can arrange interest only options for three to ten years. We can even arrange a part capital repayment loan for you. Borrow up to 70% of purchase price or value of the property.

We can arrange up to 75% of the loan to purchase the site, and up to 100% of the cost to build, which is paid out as the project progresses. This is where our mezzanine finance product plays an important role in bridging the funding gap and cash flow shortfalls. It also helps reduce the amount of capital deposit needed to get a project going.

We can arrange a loan anywhere from £100,000 to £100 million.
